TOPIC: Clicking add comment breaks the layout...help!

I have one issue left with this site: getting a comment system going without breaking the layout...I feel as though it must something simple that I am missing...

When you click "Write comment (1 Comment)" it removes all of the modules on right and left sides.

I have set those modules set to correspond with specific menu items so when that happens it looks pretty messy.

I can stop it from breaking the layout (modules disappearing) by setting the module menu assignment to "All" but that messes up other things like the Shopping Cart that actually needs more space...
