What about sh404SEF with mod_rewrite? It says in the documentation that .htaccess and mod_rewrite must be enabled for sh404SEF to function correctly.

I will be taking a look at making the module sh404SEF compatible this within the next week or so.

Any luck with this?

Havn't looked at it yet, but it has creeped further towards the top of my To Do list This is rather high priority.
