TOPIC: Comments link into component

Hi!!

I've been looking around the forum and I've found some post about this but I have not clear what I have to do.

I'm using !JoomlaComment with a component and is working fine when you see an article. This component allow you to create a custom blog layout and I'd like to add a link to comments in this layout.

Any help??

Exactly what component are you using? Is it free? If yes, I could test it and tell if it is possible to show the link to write comments.

I have now the link into the bloglayout from jReviews, but now I want to get the numbers of comments to show beside the link....I'm going to try but I'm not sure how to do it, I'll come back...

Do you have the write comment link or another readmore link?

If you have the write comment link from joomlacomment, then it should automatically show the "number of comments".

I have a simple link to JOSC_TOP div, this link is enough for me. If it goes with number of comments is so much nice...

Hm, I believe I will have to install jreviews .
I thought, that you have made a special plugin for joomlacomment to work with jreviews?
Or is jreviews using the standard joomla content extension?

jReviews has a comment tool but joomlacomment is better for some sections where I don't want reviews, only comments. That is the reason I'm using both components

I forget came here to say that I did it with a addiotional jreviews's helper and a database query. If anyone is interested I can share (it requires a little modification in jreviews templates).
