I installed Comments 3.26 and the form is displayed on my website under About us. I checked the settings and under "ContentItem" I saw "About us" I don't see About us under the items listed under Incude/Exclude options. What do I need to do to have the comments display on a specific page I created for it?

I suppose "about us" is in specific category. You have to choose the right section and category where the comments should appear.
