system works really well but for some reason, I the administrator receive the ticket and invoice which at first i thought was just a duplicate but then found my customers didn't receive anything.

any suggestions what I can do to rectify this please

Hi Steve,

just made a test booking and i receive my booking confirmation etc. The invoice and ticket is by default (settings for that) send after the booking got paid successfully (via paypal in your case), after the payment paypal calls a callback on your site which triggers payment and status changes (including sending mails).

Right ok, thank you. Is there any way I can resend tickets should anyone lose them or not received, from the backend please
