TOPIC: what is the programming language ?

Hi i will like to know the programming language for this {{#profileLink}} i saw it for your default_comment.php in the folder components\com_comment\templates\default on joomla components , because i want to displays the comment oder by dates and to design (CSS) the different date ; so all comment in one date have to be design different to the next comment date
please i need a help

This is a placeholder. In the comments right now we use mustache.js github.com/janl/mustache.js/ , but with the next update we will be moving to handelbars.
