TOPIC: Only one event for user

Hi All
I am actully still using version 3 of matukio at my customer (I serveral times placed an forder for updated, but without success ) - so very probably you will not answer me.
I am using system for the students so they are able to boot exams. Unfotunately when profesor create new exam events within the tool, there are several students, who book all of them, and they cancel their booking just several hours before end-booking time. It of coarse cause problems for other students. Is it possible to solve this somehove in my version? Or is something like this possible in some newer version?

You can set the time until cancellation is possible in the Matukio settings, like 10 days before the event etc. (Default is one day). Currently there is no way to prevent booking to multiple different events - that would require some more checks in the booking process.

Thank you for answer.
So there si actully no way how to do that. I will try to explain whole settings now, maybe there will be something what comes to your mind meantime. In joomla I have users in the separate groups based on which year of which field of study they visit. In the matukio there are same categories and access levels from joomla are mapped to it. Usually during examing one profesor open several events in the system so all student from the class are able to join. Based on law, if they fail, they are allowed to join another "event / exam" 2 times. Of course usually at exactly same time there is examination for other profesors.
Do you think that there is some posibility to create some rules here? (if there is some additional charging I can check with school )
