First, I LOVE YOUR SCRIPT, YOUR WEBSITE, I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!

I was wondering if it is possible to turn off the TITLE input field, as Name, Email, and Website is enough... having a Title, may make people not fill out the form.??

it is not possible, however you can change the template and modify the title input text to hidden and assign some value to it.

Yep, what Ajay is telling you is right. Look at the faq section - there is an article how to hide: powered by - you can use the same pattern to hide the title.
