When I download the cvs file of the booking information: 'MAT_BOOKING_NUMBER';'MAT_EVENT_TITLE';MAT_CSV_BOOKING_DETAILS
I just get single lines - its not separated into columns.

I need each item to be in its own column - am I missing something?

weird - can you upload the CSV file please? Which program did you use to open it?

I used Microsoft Excel on my Mac and also downloaded it on my work machine which was a pc and opened it in Microsoft Excel as well.
