What does the "front-end management of participants and events for organizers" (as described on Joomla Extensions website) entail exactly?

I DO want to have a calendar that shows the organizer name, subject, time, and location.
I DO NOT want to show attendees or the event description on the front-end of my site.

Is there a way to set those unwanted features to be hidden on the front-end?

Hi Becky,

you don't have to show anything on your frontend (and you can easily hide it for non-logged-in / authorized users through Joomla ACL System), the calendar currently shows subject, time - only the detailed page shows organizer name, location etc. So you only want to use Matukio internally or do you also want to use the booking system etc.?

Best regards,

Yves

Yes, we would be using it internally. (We need to import an .ics file first.) Then we would be using it to set up meetings in certain rooms in the building.
