Hi Rob,

you find that under the Templates Menu entry in the tab E-Mail - or what do you mean? You can also add a override when you edit an event to have a different ones for the event.

Best regards,

Yves

Hi Yves,

I am using version 2.1.10. I cannot find this email tab you mentioned. Is there a way in version 2.1.10 to make changes to the automatic generated mails? I mean the confirmation mails.

Regards,

Rob

Hi Rob,

only through changing the code. Why don't you use Matukio 2.2.1?

Best regards,

Yves

Hi Yves,

I have made a lot of changes in the language files so the views are complient with the wording we use. Therefore I am affraid that upgrading will distroy all my changes. Unless you can say that upgrading will leave my changes alone...

Regs,

Rob

Hmm which ones? (The dutch ones or did you use the english ones?) You could backup the old ones and then copy the changes back.

Best regards,

Yves

P.S.: Instead of changing the language files you could use the Joomla language override feature (this persists also over updates from Matukio).

Hi Yves,

Oke, I will save the Englisch and the Dutch mod and com language files, then upgrade and then copy them back and see what happens.

After upgrading I will be able to change the automatic mails, am I right?

Rob

Hi Rob,

yes then you have a new menue entry called Templates (you can take a look at our facebook site for some screenshots of the 2.2 changes).

But before upgrading to 2.2.1 you should do a backup of your tables.

Best regards,

Yves

See my post to your frontend issue - your PHP version is outdated.

Hi Yves,

I can't get the new version to work now, so I installed the previous again.

The only question I have is where can I find the line that displays the link to the site. I main the last line in the automatic message. The only thing I have to do is to remove it. That's all.

Please inform me.

Thanks!

Rob

Hmm, you can find that line in 2.1.10, somewhere in the method getEmailBody(...) in administrator/components/com_matukio/helper/util_templates.php

You could still try the workaround (changing __DIR__ to dirname(__FILE__) in the php files, probably easier then the above).

Best regards,

Yves

Hi Menna,

aye after upgrading (you need PHP Version 5.3 for Matukio!) you will be able to edit the booking template and the other important E-Mails (but not all some rare ones are not customizable yet) etc.

Best regards

Yves
