Hi guys....great component the hotspot....i was reading about before purchase and i have notice some conflicts here and there...

My main question is this...

I am building my website round k2 and i have read carefully your documentation....i know that u can link the hotspot to a k2 article....

but....will i be able to use the "{hotspots hotspot=1}" into a k2 article?....i mean will it display the map even though there is a marker in that calls for the same article? (i am asking this as i have read that there could be problems of conflict)....

thanks guy

fantastic job!..really!

I don't see a reason why not - {hotsposts hotspots=1} -> this is a content plugin. K2 should be calling the content plugins -> if it does, then our plugin should most probably render. I haven't tested it, but if it doesn't work I'll fix it.

Regards,
Daniel

Hey Marco,
I just published a dev. release that fixes the problem.

The plugin has a check if it executes in com_content (for performance reasons). Now I added k2 to the list with allowed components as well.

Daniel
