TOPIC: Can't find subscriber info but need help-Hotspots

I am new to my company's marketing department but I need to work on our website. I am running into an issue with Hotspots but I cannot seem to submit a support ticket or open a new thread in the Hotspots forum. I know that we have a subscription to Hotspots (v 2.0.5 installed) but I do not have access to the subscriber information in order to log in. Could someone please help me so I can get started on this project?

Hey Kate,
We only provide support to people with a valid subscription. Can you tell me at least the name of the person who bought it? The company that he worked for? Maybe he provided all this information when he bought hotspots.

On the other hand if you are using version 2.0.5 -> which is now 3 years old it most probably mean that your subscription has expired (don't tell me that you are also running joomla 1.5 ). We no longer provide support for this version and all users are advised to move to hotspots 3. (currently 3.4)
