Matukio - registerd Users -- Old bookingform -- no payments

As I mentioned before,
Editing A booking is possible, But No numbers are asked or no addition fields

The same in the backend

Okay just took a look at it again and fixed that. A new release candidate is going to be available in some minutes

Update: The new release candidate git81b30dd is available for download, additional fields should now show up.

Additional fields are editable (beautiful !!! ) but not the number of bookings
