TOPIC: Joomcomment not available for download after purch

I just paid for Joomcomment and I am not able to download it, can anyone help?

What should I do? I contacted the person through support section but I need the solution asap.

Ok,sit back and relax! So first of all we don't sell joomcomment, we sell compojoomcomment. I see that you just purchased it so most probably this is a well known problem with our subscription system and we'll need to figure out a way to fix it.

Log out of the site, then log in and go to the download section - you will most probably see your download.

Btw, once you landed back on our site after the payment - the thank you text contains an explanation what you have to do next and it says "log out, log in"

But as I said this is a bug with the subscription software and we will fix it...
