TOPIC: Few queries about Compojoom comment

Hi

I run a large community site powered by K2

We're looking for an improved commenting solution

With your K2 integration - is the k2 user profile avatar used in the comment display next to comment author?
Can comments be made for registered users only and therefore recaptcha disabled?
Are usrname and email filled out automatically for registered users - my users are very lazy so all they need is the comment itself.
Can existing K2 comments be imported

To be honest - I like compojoomComment for k2 much more than the standard k2 comments, hahaha

OK, back to your questions

- yes, you can take the user avatar from k2
- yes, comments can be made only for registered. Furthermore - you can enable the captcha only for unregistered users This is the way we have it here on compojoom - you can check it out - just go to the blog section and as a registered user you won't see any captcha form, but if you log out - the captcha will be shown

- yes, username and email are filled out automatically for registered users
- yes, you can import the comments from k2 - we have an import screen, there you need to select the k2_comment table, do some field matching and click the import button

P.S. And as you know magazine.joomla.org/ uses K2 and compojoomComment - so the system can't be that bad
