Hi can anybody help me? I m little confused about unsubscribe link- Is that functionality that have to control Joomla, or CMandrill?
I m looking for answer all day, but no progress. I cant find functionality for unsubscribe in Joomla either in CMandrill..
So i was thinking about that solution: Can i create some usuall link to contact form, and write to users, if they want to unsubscribe, then they have to send to me an email with "unsubscribe"?
to example: If you dont want receive our system emails, please send to us mail with unsubsribe here This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.,

Thanks

I've thought about that, but there is no reliable way to achieve this. I can create the functionality for unsubscribe and if the user is on the unsubscribe list, then I can stop the email sending. But this will only work with extensions that use the JMailer class. Unfortunately there are a lot of extensions that don't use it. What do we do here?

The user has already said that he doesn't want to receive mails from us, but suddenly he gets a mail. Say hello to a lawsuit. If you have any ideas go ahead and share them!
