Hi,
I have spent hours trying to figure out why this module will not display properly in IE 9. Comp mode, trusted sites, just every setting I can think of has been checked and nothing works. Instead of the slider sliding it just looks like one big photo with anything on either side of the slider unreachable. This is an intranet site so I cant post a link but PLEASE if anyone has any idea what the issue is. it seemed to match the bug with mootools and IE 9 but none of those fixes helped. Thanks

also everything is updated - newest version of joomla all modules are up to date, theme everything.

Hey Michael,
IE9? WE have IE11 those days, Edge, firefox 40 something, chrome 48 etc
We no longer support IE9. It has 0.4% market share of the 6% market share for IE anyway.

What I could advise you from experience is to open the developer tools in IE9 and look for any js errors or try to investigate the html. I know that last I tested the extension it was working... But I have no clue what might have happened.

Regards,
Daniel

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. I am aware of the current browsers available so obviously there is a specific reason why we still have IE 9 on some units, either way for future reference just in case anyone else has this problem it was actually JSN Image show module that was causing the issue and not Tiles. Once that module was removed it resolved the issue and tiles worked great.

Thanks for the reply and have a great day
