TOPIC: Check registered participants

Hi, I'm running a fitness gym (CrossFit) and using Matukio to register particpants (regular members) to the classes. They're registered users in Joomla and can book their classes in the events module. My trainers can view all registered participants to check who will come to the sheduled class.
My request is to have a simple system that can be used to check in the front end (e.g. by ticking boxes) whether a member was present or not. I want to make statistics of members who were registered for an event (a class) but didn't show up. I want to have the possibility to send them a mail to inform them that we were waiting for them and they blocked a place without coming. This isn't very polite against the other members of trainers.
I also want to have a statistic that showns me a list of all the registered memebers and the number of times they were registered for an event over a period. Than I can measure per member what the frequency is of joining classes.

you can checkin participants in the frontend, but only in the booking details view. Or you could use the QR-Check-in code, so they just scan it with their smartphone?

Hi, is there some list of checked participants? I understand to scanning qr codes at entrance, but I can't find list or table where will be some note, if user was chcecked or not. So I don't know if I have all participants in room and if I can close doors Thanks.
