Hi,

Our client is experiencing issues regarding users making a paypalpro payment which is not processed - due to inputting spaces in credit card number for example. However, they are not receiving any feedback from the site telling them what it is that is wrong, nor a message saying that payment has not gone through.

Is there anything that can be done to make this process more user-friendly, and easier to manage for the admin?

Hi,

sorry for the late response - hmm normally the feedback should come from paypal itself. Matukio uses the joomla payment API, so the the payment plugins are not written by us. I would always suggest using the "normal" paypal plugin instead of the pro version.
