Hi, I noticed that the (fantastic) component itself adjusts to the current language settings. Is there a way to create one entry with support for different languages? I.e. I'd like to have the Title and Description available in both languages without the need to duplicate the event. Duplication might also be okay when the Data of the same ID is affected... Thanks in advance!

Hmm, difficult demand - in short the answer is no - in long, you could make some adjustments to to either use translation strings also in Descriptions etc. or alternatively create event entries in each language, after that you would need to adjust the SQL Queries a bit to include the choosen language.

The second one would likely be easier to implement and is the cleaner approach - still on my TODO-List for one of the next releases.

Best regards,

Yves

Hi Yves, thanks for your quick reply! Well I thought of creating two categories, let's say "German" and "English". I'd invoke the proper categorie from my German/English page... In the English section I would create exact copies of the German section entries, except that I manually translate the description fields (I already have the steps above in place). The only thing that would be missing is a method to tell the duplicates to use the participant informations of the originals (e.g. by referencing the event ID). That might be a fast way to implement it!? Well, I'll wait and see... Thanks in advance for considering my request!

Best,
Michael
