TOPIC: Matukio map module - events 2017 not showing

I'm using the map module to link events from the event list to a world map. However, events with a 2017 date are not showing on the map. Is there anything that can be done about that?

by default only the next 10 events are shown on the map. Maybe that is the reason? The date is not really important for which events are shown..

Thanks, Yves. The thing is, though, that I set the number of events to 50 and when I put the same event on with a 2016 date, it appears on the map. I copied an existing event first and that showed on the map. I then first changed the title, that made no difference. Then I changed the date to 2017 and the event disappeared from the map. When changing it back to 2016 it woulnd't come back. When I create a new event with a 2016 date it'll show. As soon as I change the date to 2017, it disappears.

Are there any settings for dates that I might have overlooked?

To be honest that absolutely makes no sense, just reviewed the whole SQL Code, we just check that the date is greater then the current one, so 2017 is this

No other filters etc. I try to reproduce that myself

The events are ordered by begin, but according to your description that makes no difference. Thought maybe events are overlapping.

When you say that by default, only the next 10 events are showing, that is nothing to do with the maximum number of events? I have set that to 50. There is a little asterix next to max no of events in admin on the map module page but no further explanation. Can the number of events that show on the map be increased? I'm not sure this will solve the problem but need to find out because after adding a couple of events I now seem to have hit the maximum of events showing on the map and can't do any further testing without risking having to redo events.
