TOPIC: Mail notification does not work

Hallo,
thank you for this great component!
I would like to use it for a theater project: www.westfluegel.de/neu
Everything works fine except the mail notification. No email – neither to customer nor to admin.
The Joomla-System Test-Mail works fine, the system and the component are up to date (Joomla 3.6.2 / Matukio 6.0.7).
Do you have an idea? Did I forget to set any parameters? I send a screenshot of the communication settings.

hmm weird. Settings look fine. I think i need access to say more (Super admin credentials to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.).

What you could test is using a transactional email provider (which logs every mail), like Sparpost. There was an issue in Joomla 3.6 with PHPMailer, but 6.0.7 has a workaround for that.
