I also tried to add the replacement codes in the text field on the templates page under the New Event Mail but when I saved it the code reverts back to what is on the email with the "E" subject line.

And when you put changes in it it does not save?

Hi Yves, Attached is the screenshot for the "E" subject line on the New Events Email. When I try to change the subject it goes back to the “E” subject setting. Not sure if it makes a difference but when I first check the code I noticed it was in a text box within the main text box. I delete the code and then pasted it back into the main text box. Also, the "E" email was sent to only a few of our members and not all active members to advertise the new event.

Yves, GOOD NEWS!! I clicked on the reset button and then the save button and the correct code showed up. So the reset button was all I needed. So far so good. Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.Case closed for now!!! Have a great day, Peggy
