TOPIC: Allow contacting organizers form not closing

The contact form does not close when a message is sent to organizers using the "Allow contacting organizers" feature. Although messages are being sent, users will not know the process has been completed.

this is a bug in your joomla template and not Matukio.. It probably overwrites the native Joomla bootstrap modal dialog CSS or even JavaScript (many templates from 2.5 do.. really a mess).

Following the previous advice we shifted everything to a "Joomla 3 only Template" - still the problem persists - even with Atomic as template.
Therefore - at least in our case the problem is not with the template, there must be some other conflict... However, our seminar directors are not amused ...
Thus we hope for a quick solution.
