TOPIC: Max. participants

Hi Yves,
I've got an event with max. 24 participants and new ones will be placed on the waiting list.
There where 24 bookings. 1 of them was canceled so 23 remain.
When a new person tries to book the event he's placed on the waiting list where I was expecting a booking right away.
It looks like the canceled booking doesn't create a new available place.

They normally do, so you should get at least one booking to the not waiting list. Sure that it really was cancelled? (Status of the booking -> Deleted and not still active).
