TOPIC: 'Next' button on bookings not working in IE 10

Hello

I'm currently running Matukio 5.0.9 on a Joomla 3.3.6 website. The bookings work fine whilst using Chrome but when we test it using IE 10 and 12, we click on the next button and nothing happens, is this a problem with Matukio or could it be a template problem? I have changed and used several other templates to check but the same problem occurs. Can you tell me if i'm doing anything wrong?

Hi Linda,

do you have a link? Is the enhanced security mode active in IE? Or is JavaScript disabled (Matukio needs JavaScript in order to work). Does our demo site work in the same browser? (Just do a test booking at demo.compojoom.com)

Thanks for getting back to me, it was a permissions and folder issue my end.
