in chrome is OK

Hmm is the site using https? You are the first one who has issues with it.. (And on every computer we have it is working fine)

Do you have a link? Then i take a look at your page, maybe something overrides the glyphicons.

It seems the glyphicon files coming with JAT3 (your template) are missing - you have two 404 errors:

"NetworkError: 404 Not Found - suporteavida.com.br/portal1/templates/pu...alflings-regular.ttf "

and

suporteavida.com.br/portal1/templates/pu...lflings-regular.woff

The T3 framwork / templates seems to override the glyph sources in firefox (chrome uses the one we supply).

Can you check if you can restore these font files in purity / JAT3 system plugin? The file links also seem a bit screwed up, in my opinion should be:

suporteavida.com.br/portal1/plugins/syst...lflings-regular.woff

Not sure why, you have to check your template / JAT3 plugin installation. Maybe there are updates for these?
