After booking an event, I get this error message when clicking on "Ticket" :

Fatal error: Call to undefined method JDocumentRaw::addCustomTag() in /home/mydomain/public_html/plugins/content/rapid1pixelout/rapid1pixelout.php on line 276

Hi Richard,

seems your custom plugin rapid1pixelout is causing a fatal error. Just disable it in Extensions -> Plugins and contact the developer.
