TOPIC: Bookingfields not working correct

Hi there,

I seem to be having issues with the Bookingfields and them not being displayed on the booking page.

Attached i have a screenshot of the field i have created yet it does not display on the booking page once the user has signed up.

Please could you maybe advise me, your docs are limited to common sense setup

Hi Michael,

are you using the old booking form? Did you change the fieldnames first- and lastname? In the booking overview page you don't see all global fields (there is just not enough place), you just click on the name to view all details.

Here are the answers to your questions...

Using the Modern layout
I have not touched the first and last name fields as stated in your docs.

I cant click on the name as there is no link to click.

Okay, just took a look at it. You unpublished firstname and renamed the field lastname - that can't work out. At least let the fieldname be firstname and just change the caption to ingame name, then you have a name on which you can click for the booking details.
