Hi there
I am on J2.5.20 and have upgraded to Matukio 4.0.1
However suddenly the map is missing.
This is installed on 2 different site, with no connection to eachother, and on different servers.

Here you see, the map (right side inside the mainarea), no map.
This happens on the two sites I have this installed.
It worked in the 4.0.0 version.

I am having the same issue with J3.3.0 and M4.0.2.
As Yves explained to me yesterday (so this might apply to your situation as well), this has to do with the Joomla change from moo tools to jquery. Moo tools has a class modal for popups (like Matukio uses), and bootstrap/jquery has a class modal as well. They both work differently, so they collide. Yves has that on his to-do list, but it is not easy to provide a work around for all the different templates out there.
What could work is to inspect your site/template with Firefox and comment out the .modal css in the css for your template. This worked for me.

comment out the .modal css in the css for your template

Hm... I am guessing there might be a reason for the .modal css to being in the template in the first place?
I mean, if it is "just" to edit it out, then it is a better option to edit it out from the Matukio... but since you didn't say that, but pointed to the site/template, I am assuming that Matukio needs the modal... seems that the template needs it too since it is there?
Well... I will try this work around... and then reinstall the 4.0.0 version if it doesn't work.

Thank you.

Hey guys :)
Reinstalling helps only in few cases, and that is not one of them. Yves is going to bring 4.0.3 today and that should do the trick for you Nilsy :)

If you are in hurry, you'll need to change some css www.ptk.no/media/com_matukio/css/modern.css line 139:
.cjmodal {

}

just remove the display property that is applied to the .cjmodal class and it should work.

Regards,
Daniel

Thanks Yves for the update.
Funny thing, the map now works in the location view (including the pop-up), but in the event view it still does not work...

Hmm that message only pops up when the google maps geocoding failed - we use the same code on the event site and location view - wired.

Going to check.
