TOPIC: Still the same problems in new version 2.1.2

Version 2.1.2


Events
If a User makes a booking, he comes on a screen where in the upperpart a message appears that the booking is succesfull, an below on the screen is an button "Cancel Booking".. WHY ????? This is very confusing ....
In the new form The user can not see what he has booked, en no additional fields are displayed
In the old form he can sea was is booked, but again that "Cancel Button" Why ????

In the Old seminar there is an "back" arrow displayed after a succesful booking ... No Cancel situations ....

My bookings
When a User wants to change a booking he first has to cancel it, and then book again with the new data. When he had filled in additional fields, everything is lost en everything has to filled in again ?????


My offers:
When a organisator wants to edit the booking of a user the changes are NOT saved. (A message appears that the changes are saved, but nothing is changed)

I wander what is changed since 2.1.1 . The same errors are still there !!!

I am dissapointed .... very disapointed ...
I still cannot lauch the website

i just can't reproduce these, event booking with the old booking form works fine for me (as registered and non-registered user)

After the registration, he is redirected to a page, where a green message (Your booking was successful! is displayed). Do you have a system-message-container in your template?!

We removed all "Back" Buttons, because with Matukio, users now can use the browser for this. The cancel booking appears so that users are able to cancel their booking, but you can turn off this in the settings!

Changing a users booking with the old booking form, is causing massive problems (with the new one its working fine). I am going to fix this with 2.1.3, this is not done in a day and there were many other fixes users waited for, so i had to release 2.1.2 now.

I fixed the "My Offers Bug" in 2.1.2 and for me this is working fine as intended (just retested it on another live page). Can you provide a link and user for testing this?

my template is made with artisteer and it words fine for all the other apps I installed on joomla 2.5

I send you a login, and please try to change a booking as organisator in "my offers"

One little question ..

Is it not possible that after a booking, change of booking or cancellation to come back on screen one lever higher === event list or single event display.

Now the user has made a booking and he stays on the same screen...confusing..
He has changed a booking, and he stays on the same screen ... confusing...
Why not go back to the eventslist or single event display with the message : booking succesfull or cancellation succesfull"

P.S.:

If you want to modify it your self you just need to edit components/com_matukio/controllers/event.php on line 261:

$link = JRoute::_(MatukioHelperRoute::getEventRoute($row->id, $catid, 1, $neu->id), false);

to

$link = JRoute::_(MatukioHelperRoute::getEventRoute($row->id, $catid, 0, $neu->id), false);

This will bring the user back to the event display page (without the ability to edit it).

That is Ok for me, where do I change to return after "cancel booking" ??


Concerning editing booking by an organiser ... Changes are not saved yet, but that can be done in the dbase by phpmyadmin, I hope this is a following step
