COM_MATUKIO_SAVE on line 45 should have a JText function:
$knopfunten .= " <input type=\"submit\" class=\"mat_button\" style=\"cursor:pointer;\" value=\"" . JText::_('COM_MATUKIO_SAVE') . "\">";
