Hello Yvves,

I am running 2.0. I have created an event and here is what I see

(a) With "OLD booking form" OFF ... I can register for an event but when I click "Next", I get a screen asking me to fill in "First Name" "Surname" and "Email" completely (which I already did). It then gives me two buttons, none of which does anything

(b) When I switch to "OLD booking form", all fields are disabled, the "Book" button doesn't do anything.

Am I missing something?

Regards

Hi Mukom,

hmm very strange, haven't noticed this behavior yet. Do you have a link to the bookingform or are you on a local machine? Are you logged in?

Best regards,

Yves

I refreshed all events and the problem went away. What happens now is that after registering, I keep getting the error :

"You must provide at least one recipient email address." -- I also get this from backend sometimes

Then I get the message
"Your booking was successfull! The administrator has booked the following event for you."

This is good, but it seems ugly when it appears at the top of the page.

You can try registering for an event and see it for yourself at
learn.afrinic.net/index.php/events/events-schedule

Thanks for your help

Hi Mukom,

i fixed the ugly message / changed it to "Your booking was successful".

"You must provide at least one recipient email address."

This message is displayed when the joomla mail function does not get a valid Mail address.
