I've tried various settings but I can't seem to get any 'cancel' button to show on the front-end.
I've got the "Booking-Cancellation till (days)" set to 5, and I've got a booking on an event on 5/22.
We're using the 'modern' layout.
I have the following buttons on the details page:
Contact, Calendar file, Print, Participants, Book now, Your Booking details
On the Booking details page I have:
Print, Calendar file, Contact, Invoice, Ticket

Should I be looking for the button somewhere else?
Or is there some other configuration that controls a cancel button?

I'm using Matukio 6.0.4
Joomla 3.5.1
PHP 7

Hi Chris,

is the booking marked as paid? Only not paid bookings can be cancelled, because cancelling paid bookings requires manual work (refunding etc.)

Yes, it is paid. All bookings are paid.
If I would have known this I might have reconsidered Matukio (well ... only for a minute).
This doesn't appear to be a logical workflow. If someone has paid, they should be able to 'cancel' (i.e. 'initiate' a cancellation) from the front-end somehow. At this point, it appears that to offer the option for paid cancellations I have to create a contact form or something like that to have people send me a request to cancel, and then I have to manually find their record and cancel it.
All the other event systems that I've used have the ability to automatically cancel and refund.
BTW ... the Alta Users Points payment automatically refunds points if you cancel from Matukio's admin side - so I would think the others should be able to do this.

Is this at all on the roadmap for the future?
Of is there some way to 'initiate' a cancellation within Matukio somehow (but still require admin completion)?
