TOPIC: custom fields

Hi - I'm just playing around with the custom fields in matukio on my test box and cannot get them to display. Only the title shows. Hopefully I'm doing something silly here!!

This is what I did.
1. Created a new custom field in the backed called test, gave it a dropdown and few options. Assigned it to all categories.
2. Went into an event in the backend and selected the option for my test custom field. Clicked Save.
3. Open up the event detail page and can see the custom filed title, but it doesn't show the custom field data.

No errors or anything on the page. No template overides, or anything similar.
Any ideas how I get the custom field data to show?

Can get to work by using a text field instead of a drop down. Can you think why that would happen?

Another question is.. Is it possible to insert custom fields into the main event description box?
