Hello everyone,
our clients pay via paypal. This process is already implemented in the system. But is it possible to generate a credit or a refund for a client out of the system?
If "yes" how do I go about this?

Hi Daniela,

answered that already on the other post, but for all other.

No, this is currently not possible. You have to got the payment provider page (in this case paypal), initiate a refund and cancel the booking in Matukio.
