How can I insert our logo into the ticket template? Although I see it in the backend, it's not showing on the actual ticket.

Thanks.

Can you post the accoding html markup? (From the editor) Normally images are fine in tcpdf. And try using the absolute path ( yourdomain.com/images/ instead of images/)

Cheers,
Yves

I tried the absolute path but it still converts it back. Here is the markup:
<div style="text-align: center;"><img src="images/TVM_5_houston_corrected-01.png" alt="Thatvideomag" width="100" height="75" /></div>

When it converts back than TinyMCE is set to do so. Check the plugin settings of the editor and set URLs to -> absolute <- instead of relative.

Cheers,
Yves

I'm using JCE Editor and it does not seem possible from their response www.joomlacontenteditor.net/support/foru...eabsolute-paths-help

Hi Dexter,

hmm i fear we can't do anything from our side (Manipulating the editor input is probably not a good idea).. You can change the editor, at least when editing the ticket template ;-) Or you can always use absolute URLs like they stated..

Kind regards,
Yves
