i bought 3 weeks ago the component and asket 2 weeks ago for refund, because i cant use the component.
But i dont geht refund and no answer.
Dont know why! I see that you have 30-day-money-back-guarantee. Why i dont get it back?
Component is good, but for me it make no sense to use it...

Where did you ask for a refund? I can't find a ticket from you, no forum post and also no e-mail?

Before I refund you can you tell me why it doesn't make sense to you to use the component? Maybe it's something that we can fix?
