TOPIC: An updated version of Matukio (5.2.3) is available

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am trying to update latest updated version of An updated version of Matukio (5.2.3) is available for installation. But i am not successful . It shows error. I am using Joomla 3.4.3.Kindly help me to resolve this error. When i click update Error Package download failed:

first please don't post your download id in public.. (Else we have to lock it, because everyone could use it)

The error probably turns up because your server does not allow downloading the update from our servers. You could try manually updating (e.g. just download the Matukio 5.2.3 version from the website and install normally over the joomla installer in your backend - no uninstallation before!!)
