Where did "Other places details 2" in the page 1 of the three-page from come from?

(new with Matukio... trying to get it to make sense)

And instead of 'extra fees' can I just use a checkbox to increment a value - [ ] Day Pass $50 [ ] Fundraiser and Dinner $200

this shows up when you book more then one place (e.g. in your case 2), in the booking fields you have the option to show them once per booking or once per booked place. By default
firstname and lastname are shown per place, but you can change that in the booking field (just set per place to no in the booking field edit).

No currently not. Have that on the todo-list for Matukio 5.3 though.

Hope it comes soon. I have an event here that sells two different tickets... they need to be selected individually.
Is it possible to create a 'Normal' fee of $0, hide the 'Normal' field, and show only the additional fields?

No, but this will be possible with 5.2, which comes in the next couple of weeks (most parts are almost ready, so really soon).

As a workaround you can change (with a joomla language override) the text of normal to one of the different fee :/

I tried the override, but I can't make it look like $50 and $200. The second one gets added to the first and appears as $250.

(and they are sorting alphabetically, not via ID or order created)
