Hello Yves!

Long time - no see ;-)

I think we have an issue with the PHP version my provider has installed and now generates the following messages in Matukio:
Notice: Undefined offset: 3 in /public/sites/www.szeh.nl/tsszeh/j25/components/com_matukio/views/bookevent/tmpl/default.php on line 355

I am using Joomla! 2.5.27
With PHP version 5.4.41-1~dotdeb+6.1

Matukio Version 2.1.10
With License GPLv2

What to do?

Hey Rob,
Matukio version 2.1.10? Really? we are at 5.1.3 right now :D

The easiest thing to do would be to go to your joomla global config and set error reporting to no. This should hide the message. Is there anything that is not working because of the update?

Regards,
Daniel

Hello Daniel!

Yes 2.1.10 really hahaha, worked fine for what we need it for: regestering for medical assistence at events.
But unfortunately putting error reportig to 'No' did not do the trick. Please take a look at the version numbers, perhaps the PHP is too new for the Matukio version I use?
Second question thinking of your first remark, can I upgrate to 5.1.3 keeping all functionalities we are used to?

Hi Daniel,

I forgot to ask if it is possible to upgrade from 2.1.10 to your latest version without loss of data?

And next to that, can I savely install the latest version at the same time as I am running the 2.1.10 version so that I can test is with live data and public may use it at the same time as live data?

Setting error_reporting to none should do the trick. If it doesn't you have a global setting to your host that you should change. Setting error_reporting to none should be possible. This will hide the error.

As far updating to 5.1.3 is concerned -> it should work. However I would recommend waiting till thursday when Yves is going to be there. (just in case you run into any problems)

Regards,
Daniel

Hi Daniel,

I found the error_reporting setting and guess what? It did the trick!!

Thanks!

As far as updating, I will wait for Yves.

Gtz,

Rob
