TOPIC: Organizer is now receiving two emails

I have set up a conference and now my organizer whose email address is the same as our website: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. now receives 2 emails any time an email comes in from anyone with @oursite.com.au in their email address as well as 2 emails for receiving anything from the website in relation to the conference. She is the only one with @oursite.com.au in their email address that is having this issue.

Do you know why this might be happening. It only started happening once she was made an organizer in a Matukio event.

Hi Irene,

did you setup BCC email with that address? (Matukio settings) Or did you enable the setting "Paid Booking confirmation directly after booking"?

No, I have a different email address in the BCC email and the "Paid Booking confirmation directly after booking" is set to NO.

I have set her up as an organizer and have the "email to organizers" set to yes.
