TOPIC: Categories display

Hi there,
How can I control how many categories to show at frontend? We have more than 12 categories and we want to limit to show a few. Also for the moment category menu it opens by default, how to let a user to open it rather than opening by default?

Not sure what you mean - you can select multiple categories in the joomla menu entry for matukio (instead of all). But the filter shows all.

This is currently not possible (without changing the code). But have an option for that on the todo-list for 5.2 or 5.3

I meant to limit number of categories showing on frontend, e.g showing 3 instead of all etc.. for the moment all categories are showing by default that is not ideal. This means if you have more categories is taking a lot of space and does not look good as there is no way to control their display.
