While everything else has been pretty smooth, when I go to book an event I get a 404 error when it comes to payment. Both of my desired payment options are activated in the plugins menu (though both are using dummy information). Am I missing something?

This is the event: www.miemrpr.com/conference/event/0/43-ho...hospice-toolkit-2015

Hi Kevin,

your page has an javascript error: (not from Matukio - on every page!)

Timestamp: 12.01.15 19:36:11
Error: TypeError: jQuery(...).supersubs is not a function
Sourcefile: www.miemrpr.com/conference/event/0/43-ho...hospice-toolkit-2015
Line: 109

jQuery(document).ready(function(){ jQuery('.moduletable-superfish ul,#nav ul')

Because of that the whole Matukio booking form (and other things) are not working - the booking form has normally three pages, before it redirects :-)

Additionally an 5 year old version of jQuery is also loaded: (needs fixing too!)

<script src="/media/zengridframework/js/jquery/jquery-1.6.4.min.js" type="text/javascript"></script>

You probably should update to Joomla 3.3 - Joomla 2.5 is outdated and fixing all these javascript problems on your page with 2.5 will be much more work then just upgrading to 3.3

Kind regards,

Yves

So I had a hunch based on your input that these problems were coming from our template - and since we would have to update that to go to 3.3 I figured I would start with that. Sure enough, things seemed MUCH better (albeit, there are new non-Matukio problems to sort out). I don't see any errors in the console, and I can successfully get to step 3 in the payment options. However, I still get a 404 at www.miemrpr.com/conference/paymentform after that. I can see in the backend that all of these submissions are getting recorded, and if I choose to pay by cash I even get a green light next to that booking.

I haven't moved to 3.3, don't want to unleash more demons from this site that used to be joomla 1.7 if I don't have to.

Hmm just tested - something seems to be going wrong during the booking - do you have no system-message container? Normally there should be an exception.

Can you create a super admin account for me? (Credentials to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.)

Going to check then :-)

Just discovered that turning off search engine friendly URLs did the trick. Ideally we'd get to keep them on but this will do for now
