TOPIC: Invoice sent in email

Hi
I need the invoice to be emailed to the person who books and the nominated bcc emails and administrator - even if they haven't been paid yet. Is there a way to do this?
It says it will send it when it's paid but I need it sent before it's paid so they can give it to their finance people to pay - I also need a copy to be attached to the organiser and any bcc emails so they can see it.

Hi Irene,

mhm you can set "New bookings active" to "Yes" (Advanced settings) then every booking will be automatically active and the invoice will always be sent automatically. Organizer always gets a copy (as long as E-Mail to organizer setting is set to yes) and the BCC email address too.

Just separate them with a comma, e.g. email1@domain.com,email2@domain2.com

The latest version - I downloaded it tonight 4.2.4

Okay have to correct me - it is currently not possible to have multiple admin bcc email addresses - only one. (Just tested it locally and the Joomla Mailer class does not support comma separated recipients in that case).

But the email invoice to the bcc address should work (just tested it locally - working fine).

Yes, that worked after I removed the comma and other email address.
Would prefer that it sent to more than one - perhaps in the next update?

Another thing - I added two more booking fields locally to just one event but they don't show up in the email - how can I get them to show up as administrators will need to know what they filled out.

Already changed it - will come with the next version.

Just add them to the booking email template:

MAT_BOOKING_CUSTOM1

till

MAT_BOOKING_CUSTOM20

If you want to have your label text just use MAT_EVENT_CUSTOM1.

You need to make an (HTML) table around the fields - MAT_EVENT_CUSTOMX is currently broken (it shows the whole field informations, not only the title - will be fixed with the next version, just place your own label / text there).
