Hi,
I couldn't find that anywhere in the documentations. How can non registered users cancel their bookings?

Hi Thomas,

currently they can't - with the next version of Matukio there will be a separate, unique (based on the uuid) booking detail page where also unregistered people can update / cancel their booking.

Best regards,

Yves

Thanks. Do you have any timetables? I just purchased only a light subscription.
The only page to register is the overview Page? Is there a possibility to include the registration on the detailed page?

Thanks

Hmm probably in the next couple of months. Today a new Matukio version with some workflow changes will be released, after that we are going to work on it.

Is there a possibility to include the registration on the detailed page?

Hmm? There should be a book button on the detailed page? Or what do you mean?

Best regards,

Yves

P.S.: Wir haben auch ein deutschsprachiges Support-Forum ;)

A book button only appears if I enable bookings without registration or users are already registered and logged in? Otherwise they have to go to the overview page and register. They can't register on the detail page?

Thanks

Hey Thomas,

not sure what you mean - when you not allow bookings without registration only logged in Joomla users can make bookings.

Best regards,

Yves

Hi Yves,

When I allow bookings only for registered users, I don't have any booking button on the detailed page unless the user is registrated and logged in. For all others there is no button or hint how to book this event. Unless I write a notification for every event that users have to get to the overview page for booking.

Thanks

Thomas

Can't find anywhere in the documentation how to cancel a booking in the administrator backend?
We only allow cancellation by administrators but there is no cancel button.
For our records we need to see if bookings have been cancelled rather than trash them.
Help please.
thank you
Sara

Hi Sara,

in the backed it's just called delete / trash, but it is the same like the cancel button in the frontend :-) So just select the bookings and click on trash. Bookings are never deleted finally (except you want to by emptying the trash).

Kind regards,

Yves
