TOPIC: Information on multiple registrants

I heard it is possible to add fields when registering more than one person. So if you say you book 3 people in one form, I would like it to ask for the names and emails of all the people who are coming so we can have a list of everyone attending. Right now it just asks how many people are you booking. If you change the number from 1 to 3, for example, it just just knows you are registering 3 people but doesn't give the extra fields for each person.

Also, if the above is possible, on the back-end can you have each person listed separately so you can email each person individually even if only one person signed them up? For example, if the manager of a location registers himself and 3 people under him. I would like to later send an email from the back-end to all 4 people to remind them about the event.

sorry for the late response - you posted in the wrong category (CComment instead of Matukio).

The bookingform is currently not that dynamic, you could just add another field Names of other people, but it can't react on the choosen number of bookingfields (not without changing the code).

I fear that's also not possible - in one of the next versions there will be an optional form for multiple bookings.
