TOPIC: Cannot edit or cancel event My Bookings MATUKIO

Hi

I am using Joomla 3.1 and Mutukio 2.2.3

When I am logged in as a user (not an administrator) I cannot edit a booking as I wish to add more participants, neither can I cancel a booking.

I think that I have used the correct settings - (Allow users to book multiple places? Yes
Allow users to edit their booking? Yes Cancellation possible till (days) 1) - in the admin area.

I can pm my registered user log-in and/or the admin log-in for the site.

Did you enable booking cancelation and which event template are you using?

Mhm for me the cancel booking button is displayed:

Editing is currently (will be updated with the next version 2.2.4) disabled in the combination of the modern booking form + modern event template.

Thanks for the quick reply. I have sent a log in as a test user and for the admin area.

I am using the Modern template for Matukio and I think I have set cancellation correctly.

The Cancel button only seems to appear immediately after making a booking, not when accessed via My Bookings.

I will try the using the old form and template.

Immediately after booking I can see the cancel and edit booking buttons but, when I went back to My Bookings a minute later, the edit and cancel buttons had disappeared.

Aye this should be possible, strange that this is not working for you, going to recheck again, seems to have something to do with Joomla 3.1 (in 2.5 this is working as intended, it is always shown - also when you come back).

P.S.: Could you perhaps turn off search engine friendly URLs (just for testing) and take a look at it again? Perhaps we have some routing issues..

I have done this but edit and cancel are still not showing. I sent you a log-in for admin if you want to have a look at the admin area.

The site is a test site which is not due to be launched for several weeks so it is ok to test by doing changes. I have just changed the site template to the default one (protostar) to ensure that there are no template issues.
