TOPIC: Custom booking fields not in email?

Dear Yves,

I browsed the forum but could not find the answer.
I added extra fields like f.e. bank account and account holder.
These fields are not showing in the emails to the booker of the event and the organizer.
Am I overlooking something? Could not find the spalte "newfields" like you tipped Raimo.
I really hope this is possible otherwise I'll get a lot of work as webmaster. Other people are responsable for the booking administration.

do you use the old or new booking form? These values are not send in the current Matukio 2.1.10 version - this will come with Matukio 2.2 (already integrated - 2.2 is currently in Beta testing).

Then you need have to wait until Matukio 2.2 (which is currently in beta testing) - in the current version only the name and E-Mail address are send in the booking confirmation.

I know it's hard to say but when will 2.2 be available?
To be honoust I'm a little dissapointed in the component at the moment.
It's causing me a lot of extra work because the financial guy needs an export of the participants with all the fields the had to enter in the submission form.
I had a look in the PHP file if I could change it but my programming skill are not that good.
Do you happen to have a file which I could use in the meantime before upgrading to 2.2? If needed I can make a login for you to the site.

I had a look at the dev release (installed it on a different site). Looks promising with the email template but it gave me an error when filling out the form (something with "no template")

Hi Martin,

i am ill at the moment, so i can't work on the new Version. Once i got well again we are going to publish a release candidate which is feature complete (including the two currently missing payment plugins).

There is a bug in the current beta which causes this template problem on certain Joomla prefixes - you have to insert the SQL Code into #__matukio_templates (which is currently empty in your installation). You can find the SQL code in the script.php file - i also posted it on another thread here in the forums.

Hope you recovered from your illness. Any insight about version 2.2?
I really need it because the way Matukio works at the moment is not satifying for me.
Just found a bug in the current version which is crucial for us.
I made two custom fields with bank details for payment.
These are "plichtfelder". However they are completely ignored!

still not 100% well, but it is getting better.. Are these fields event specific or normal booking fields? On which page do you display them (only fields on page 1 are validated)?

They are on page 2
What's the reason only page 1?
I'll try moving them to page 1.

This will still be the same in Matukio 2.2 - the mootools validation has some limitations, because of this it is very complex to use it with multiple pages (which in reality are only hidden divs - we would need to move the whole page system to Ajax loaded content in order to get validation working properly on page 2 and three, which would bring some new problems).

I have it on my todo list, but this is going to take some time
